Overview

Indoor air quality is a design decision, not an accessory. Filtration, fresh-air ventilation, and humidity control work when they are matched to the system’s airflow and the building’s use, and they choke the system when they are not.

We specify and install IAQ equipment as part of the HVAC design: media filtration, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, ERV and HRV ventilation, and UV, integrated so they clean and condition the air without starving airflow. Useful for multi-family, offices, and tighter new-construction envelopes.

What we deliver

Scope of the service

01

Filtration

Media and high-MERV filtration sized so it cleans the air without choking airflow.

02

Humidity control

Whole-building humidifiers and dehumidifiers matched to the space and the load.

03

Ventilation

ERV and HRV fresh-air systems for tight, modern envelopes.

04

UV & purification

Coil and air treatment integrated into the air handler.

05

Integrated design

Specified with the system, so IAQ and airflow targets are met together.

How we approach it

Designed by calculation, documented for sign-off.

Assess

Assess the envelope

We look at how tight the building is and how it is used before picking equipment.

Match

Matched to airflow

IAQ equipment is sized to the system, so it improves the air without adding restriction.

Integrate

Integrated, not bolted on

Filtration, ventilation, and humidity control are designed in with the system, not added after.

Questions

Common questions

Can indoor air quality be added without choking airflow?

Yes. IAQ equipment is sized to the system airflow, so it cleans the air without adding restriction.

What do you install?

Media and high-MERV filtration, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, ERV and HRV ventilation, and UV, integrated into the air handler.

Is this useful for multi-family and offices?

Yes, especially for tighter new-construction envelopes where ventilation and humidity need to be designed in.
